Jefferson County Home Destroyed By Fire
A Jefferson County home was destroyed by fire Friday.The fire started just after 3:30 a.m. at 759 County Road 54, State Lake Road, just outside of Richmond. Officials said no one was injured.Dispatchers said the homeowner called for help. Richmond, Wintersville, Unionport and East Springfield fire crews responded to the scene and spent hours putting out the flames.A cause was not immediately known.
