Man Accused Of Huffing Paint Again

A local man who has been arrested numerous times on charges of huffing paint in public is back in jail again.McMechen police said they arrested Patrick Tribett over the weekend after receiving a call about a hitchhiker whose face was covered in paint.Officers said Tribett had been huffing spray paint.They took him into custody on a warrant out of Ohio where they said he is wanted on a parole violation.
