A sexual predator task force in Belmont County arrested a Minford, Ohio man recently on felony charges of disseminating matters harmful to a juvenile.

Bethesda police said they arrested 25-year-old Brett Rinehart in Scioto county.

Police Chief Tim Zdanski said Rinehart was having sexually explicit conversations with who he thought was a 15-year-old girl.

"He followed that by sending explicit sexual pictures of himself and videos," Zdanski said.

Investigators told NEWS9 they seized computers and digital evidence from Rinehart's home.

Rinehart is in the Belmont County jail awaiting his May 14 arraignment.
