Police: Woman Dressed As Clown Drove Drunk

Wheeling police said a drunk woman dressed as a clown crashed into a parked car.According to officers, Patricia Ingalls was on her way to blow up balloons for children downtown.Police said she blew a .252 on a Breathalyzer test.Ingalls is in jail, charged with DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
