When there's danger on the water, the Chester Volunteer Fire Department in Chester, W.Va., steps into action. With two new boats in their fleet water search and rescue comes a whole lot easier.Just recently the team was called in to help search for Michael Harvey, 26, who fell and lost his life on the banks of the Ohio River in April."Hopefully more lives saved, being able to get on an accident scene or drowning quicker. In an emergency time is everything," said Brian Handley of the Chester Volunteer Fire Department. With the new boats and equipment the department remains true to its mission on theses waters.
