Flooding Threatens Moundsville Homes

Severe weather caused waters to rise in Moundsville, W.Va early Thursday morning.NEWS9 spoke with residents whose watched the water creep up to their homes.Residents living along 12th Street in Moundsville told NEWS9 that they were forced to evacuate their homes because of the rising water.
