A driver who was injured when he crashed his car into a home has been cited.

Lam Hoang, 47, of St. Clairsville, was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired, failure to control and not wearing a seat belt.

Hoang crashed into a house trailer on Barton Road in St. Clairsville around 9:40 p.m. Sunday, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol dispatchers.

He was transported to a local hospital but his condition was not known as of Monday morning.

The owner of the home, Harold Dyson, said he was inside his trailer when he heard a loud crash and called 911.
