Accused Killer Expected To Appear In Belmont County Court

The man accused of killing a Bridgeport man more than 26 years ago is expected to face a judge Monday in Belmont County.Eugene Blake, who is currently serving time for the murder of a 13-year-old girl, is accused of killing 21-year-old Mark Withers in 1982.
