Local Offices Closed In Observance Of Independence Day

In observance of Independence Day, local offices in the Ohio Valley are closed.In Steubenville, all city offices are closed Friday.And in Weirton, all city administrative offices, including the public works department are closed Friday. Garbage and recycling collection is expected to run according to schedule.
