West Liberty University Set To Open Satellite Campus
West Liberty is preparing to open its new satellite campus at the Highland Retail Center in August.University officials hope their expansion to the new location will make the school more accessible to both students who work at the retail center and those who live near Interstate 70."The number of employees here (The Highlands), because of the traffic that's here, We're on the doorstep of Western Pennsylvania. The facility is conducive for parking, It gives us a great oppurtinity to provide that high quality education," said Robin Capehart, West Liberty University President.Ohio county officials said adding classrooms to the retail center diversifies the oppurtunities at the development complex.The 20,000-square foot campus includes 10 classrooms that will be used for a new master programs, as well as business and other undergraduate classes.
