WHEELING, W.Va. -- Some people are using this Independence Day to voice their opinions of what they're calling "out of control government spending." A tea party rally at Wheeling's Heritage Port Saturday afternoon follows a similar event held on April 15.

People from all over the area were decked out with signs, flags and costumes. Hundreds of people turned out on Saturday, just as they did for the April event. Organizers said they're working to draw the attention of elected officials.
