Deputies Search For Missing Woman

BROOKE COUNTY, W.Va. -- The Brooke County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help help locating a missing woman.They said Nancy Jean Seals, 67, is originally from Wheeling but has been missing since Friday from the Valley Haven Rest Home in Beech Bottom.They said she's 5 feet 1 inch and approximately 130 pounds with dark brown hair with some graying. Authorities believe Seals may suffer from a mental disorder which may cause disorientation.They said a longtime friend was visiting her just before she disappeared. Deputies are also looking for David Matthews, 64, of Wheeling. He's a white male 5 feet 7 inches tall and 245 pounds.Investigators believe Seals may have left with her friend in a red 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser.
