Car Hits Ditch, Sending Three People to Local Hospitals

The Ohio State Highway Patrol told NEWS9 that three people were transported to local hospitals with minor injuries after their car hit a ditch in Jefferson County. Dispatchers said it happened on State Route 647 just outside Mount Pleasant late Monday night.The names of the passengers involved have not yet been released.
