Local Man Arrested For Speeding, Drug Possession

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio -- A local man remains behind bars after state troopers made what they thought would be a speeding violation stop.Troopers told NEWS9 it happened early Thursday morning on State Route 147, near milepost six.Troopers said when they pulled over Cody Hannahs, 21, of Barnesville for speeding, they found marijuana, drug paraphernalia and suspected he had consumed alcohol. Hannahs tested over the legal limit, troopers said.Hannahs is expected to face charges.
