Tuscarawas County sheriff detectives are investigating after a woman was found slain near her home.The woman, who lived in the area of New Cumberland, Ohio, was found dead outside her home by a relative on Thursday at 10:20 a.m., according to Detective Capt. Orvis Campbell.New Cumberland, Ohio, is near Atwood Lake, not to be confused with New Cumberland, W.Va.The victim's identity was not immediately released.
