COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio -- Overnight, NEWS9 has learned that a fire broke out at a home in Columbiana County.Dispatchers said it happened at 1702 Clark Avenue in Wellsville.Fire crews worked throughout the night to contain the fire.
