A Wellsburg man was arrested after they said he was found sleeping in a stranger's bed wearing nothing but a shirt.

Christopher Frey, 19, faces charges of burglary and underage consumption.

The incident happened Wednesday night on Columbiana Avenue in Steubenville. A homeowner said they came home to find Frey naked from the waist down passed out in bed.

Police also arrested 18-year-old Gerold Holden, who they said was asleep and drunk behind the wheel of a car parked across the street.
