Celebrity Surrogate Trial Not In Session Wednesday

ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio -- In Belmont County, the celebrity surrogate scandal trial will not be in session Wednesday because the suspended police chief's attorney is working on another high-profile local case.Attorney Dennis McNamara is headed to Youngstown to appeal a murder conviction against a local man.The trial against suspended Martins Ferry Police Chief Barry Carpenter will resume Thursday and that's when the prosecution plans to present evidence against Carpenter in the form of audio tapes.
