Puppy Found In Dumpster

Bellaire police said they rescued a puppy from a Dumpster and believe someone abandoned the dog there.Police said an employee of the Circle K on 41st and Noble streets heard the German shepherd pup and called police Wednesday morning.A Bellaire Service Department employee is caring for the puppy until the animal shelter is notified.
