Carroll County Man Arrested On Drug Charges

A Carroll County man was arrested on drug charges after an undercover police investigation.

Frank D. Wardwell, 27, of Carrollton, faces two felony charges including trafficking marijuana. He also faces a misdemeanor theft charge.

Police searched Wardwell's home Tuesday after they investigated alleged marijuana trafficking and heroin sales.
