Woman Injured After Jumping From Moving Car On Vets Bridge

A Steubenville woman is in a Pittsburgh hospital after police said she jumped from a moving car.Weirton police said 18-year-old D'Andrea Creech jumped from the car on the Veterans Memorial Bridge early Wednesday.Steubenville police said they cited Creech earlier in the night for underage consumption of alcohol. They said they pulled a car over on North Seventh Street and cited both Creek and the driver, Amber Morgan.Morgan was cited for possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol.
