Follansbee, WV -- Some furry friends and their owners were out in Brooke County Saturday. The no kill shelter Hounds' Haven held a holiday adopt a pet day in Follansbee. The shelter says it has a lot of animals that need good homes. The shelter has a lot of puppies right now mostly under six months old. In fact someone left a taped up box of five puppies outside the door of the shelter.
