Suit Filed Over Traffic Cameras

STEUBENVILLE, OH -- NEWS9 has learned a Steubenville attorney has filed a class action lawsuit over the controversial traffic cameras that have been placed throughout the cty of Steubenville.
Attorney Gary Stern filed the suit on behalf of his wife. Recently, she received two speeding tickets. Stern says the cameras are unconstitutional for a number of reasons among those motorists don't have the right to appeal.
The traffic cameras reads the speed of cars driving by, and if you are in excess of the speed limit, you are mailed an $85ticket.
