Police responding to a traffic accident may have stumbled upon another case of illegal immigration.

Ohio state police said three men were inside a car traveling down Route 219 in St. Clairsville about 2 a.m. Wednesday when they crashed into a median.

When police responded to the crash, authorities said all three men spoke very little English and had no identification.

The driver, Valentin Agilar, is jailed on charges of driving without a license and failing to carry identification. The other two men are in a local hospital and have not been charged.

Immigration officials did order local police to detain all three men.
