BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio --

A Cleveland man is facing several charges after Belmont County officials said they found drugs and a loaded firearm during a traffic stop.

Rodrican Pavlick is accused of possession of drugs, carrying a concealed weapon and having a weapon under disability.

Officials with the Belmont County Sheriff's Office said the incident happened over the weekend on Mount Olivet Road near Barnesville.

Police said they learned Pavlick, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was a "parole violator at large." Police searched the car and found 10 grams of a mixture of heroin and cocaine as well as a loaded .40-caliber handgun.

The driver was released and Pavlick's bond was set at $20,000.
