Closing arguments made in Fuller sentencing

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio -- Closing arguments have wrapped up in the second phase, or sentencing phase, in the capital murder case against 21-year-old Devin Fuller, who was convicted last week last week in the killing of 92-year-old Lydia Ashworth in June 2012.
Fuller’s fate rests in the hands of the jury members who have the option of choosing life in prison with the opportunity for parole after 25 years, or after 30 years, or life without parole. The most serious potential sentence is the death penalty.
