Salineville officials are searching for missing 19-year-old woman who police said is endangered.

Police said Chelsea Stofan was last seen around 4 p.m. Dec. 10. Stofan was reported to be wearing a green sweater, jeans, black boots and was carrying a black and silver purse. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 120 pounds, and has short dark-brown hair that's spiked on the top.

Salineville Police Chief Andrew Straley said Stofan suffers from a disability in which she has the mental capacity of a 13-16-year-old.

Officials said she was last seen leaving with a white man. The man is described as being between 5 foot 11 inches and 6 foot 1 inch tall and weighs between 180 and 200 pounds.

When Stofan did not return home the following morning, family members notified police. Wednesday afternoon, police sent a be-on-the-lookout alert to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Anyone with information is asked to immediately call police.
