Updated: Saturday, February 22 2014, 12:21 AM EST

Irondale, Ohio---

Owner's of Brown's Hobby Shop and Raceway in Irondale, Ohio watched part of their business go underwater Friday afternoon.

Thick sheets of thawing ice jammed up along Yellow Creek Friday afternoon.

Warm temperatures caused the ice  to break up and jam two miles down the creek.

Customer's of Brown's Hobby Shop and Raceway are used to seeing a racetrack just below the shop, but now all they see is water.

"I've seen worse, but this one is pretty bad, I just hope it doesn't damage anything that they've built down there"- Jason Hornick, customer.

In addition to the racetrack, the shops boat marine is also flooded.

The owner of that shop says he hopse the ice will break soon.

"If it breaks loose and moves down below me, then of course it raises our water, then the front of the jam below us, then our water will come two or three feet. But if it stays where its at, basically the water will go back down and it will melt off slowly" - Jeff Brown, Owner of Brown's Hobby Shop and Raceway.

While it is unclear how much damage has been done, the racestrack is set to open this April.
