Swartzmiller welcomes Oak Glen Middle School students to Capitol

Updated: Wednesday, March 5 2014, 10:58 AM EST

CHARLESTON, W.Va.  – West Virginia Delegate Randy Swartzmiller, D-Hancock, welcomed Oak Glen Middle School students Camden Barr and Jessica Duty to the State Capitol on Tuesday, where they were Legislative Pages for Swartzmiller during the House floor session.

They were accompanied by Camden’s mother, Melissa Barr.

“It was a busy day, and Camden and Jessica did a great job,” Swartzmiller said. “They told me this was their first trip to the Capitol, and they couldn’t believe it is so big.  Someday, these kids could be representing the First District, and I am happy to have taken part in their first experience at the State Capitol.”
