The U.S. Marshals Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Task Force located, and arrested, Bryan Nicosia near Jefferson Avenue in downtown Detroit on Friday.
Nicosia, along with Kara Clark and Autumn Stabile, was allegedly involved in a violent home invasion July 22 in which the victim was beaten and tied up while the trio picked their way through the house and left with thousands of dollars.
Clark and Stabile were quickly in police custody, but Nicosia had been on the run, wanted for kidnapping and aggravated assault.
Deputy U.S. Marshal Chad Simpson conducted numerous interviews and received various tips that led investigators to believe that Nicosia was in Detroit. Simpson contacted the Marshals in Detroit where they were able to piece the information together, paired with surveillance, to locate and arrest Nicosia safely.  Nicosia will be housed at the Wayne County Jail in Detroit awaiting extradition back to Harrison County.
The victim in the home invasion was 71-year-old Joe Gale, who survived the attack.
