Update: Richardson charged with felony possession with intent to deliver

UPDATE
WHEELING, W.Va. -- Thaddeus Richardson, 28, has been charged with felony possession with intent to deliver.
After he was arrested, he allegedly told police he was selling heroin, crack, muscle relaxers and Suboxone.
Police found marijuana and a gun in a backpack allegedly belonging to Richardson.
He is in the Northern regional jail on $30,000 bond.

One man is in custody after officials with the Wheeling Police Department say they found a large amount of drugs on a man in downtown Wheeling.

Officials say Thaddeus Richardson was walking suspiciously along Market Street when officers stopped him; the man backed into an alleyway. When the officers started to search Richardson, he took off. Officials eventually caught up with the man and forced him to the ground. That's when they found a large amount of drugs on him and a hand gun that was tossed in the alleyway.
