COLUMBUS, Ohio---

A motion filed in U.S. Federal Court in Columbus shows that attorney’s for Lee Chaklos, the owner of the Bellaire Bridge wants to have the trial, scheduled for Nov. 12 continued.

Attorney Javier Armengau filed the motion Tuesday asking the Judge for a continuance because he is currently in trial regarding an aggravated murder case in Columbus, and Chaklos is about to deliver the couple’s child.

The attorney also cited they need more time because of logistical issues in the case.

The city of Benwood’s attorney Dan Guida did not object.
