MARSHALL COUNTY, W.Va. - An 11-year-old boy born with a rare disease called Amniotic Band Syndrome recently won four gold medals at the Endeavor Games in Oklahoma.
On Friday night, Cooper Blair returns to the Ohio Valley to be honored.
There will be a meeting at Gumby's at 6 p.m. in Glen Dale, where the Police and Fire Departments will give him an escort into town.
Cooper is a young man who does not believe in the words 'I can't.' Even though he has two prosthetic legs, he doesn't let his disability disable him.
Cooper's mom says his ultimate goal is to be a member of the Paralympic Team for the United States.
