Man arrested after brandishing a knife

WHEELING, W.Va- Wheeling Police Officers were called to an address along Market Street late Monday night, after a man was seen brandishing a knife in the area.
When officers arrived on scene they found David Thomas Laughner, of Pittsburgh, fighting with another male.

Laughner was then forcibly arrest and a blue folding box cutter was taking off of his person.

Laughner is now charged with brandishing, carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of battery, obstructing officer and public intoxication. Laughner was placed in the Northern Regional Jail pending his arraignment.

No victims received serious injury as a result of the incident.
