Noah Coughlan is running across the United States...for the second time.

He made his way through Wheeling Friday and Saturday to raise awareness for the rare brain disorder, Batten Disease.

Batten Disease is a rare brain disorder that hinders a child's speech, sight and motor skills.

He is currently on a 3000 mile journey through 16 states. He started over 90 days ago in Northern California and will finish in Boston over Veteran's Day weekend.

Coughlan is meeting with children and families along the way who are affected by Batten Disease. He says that he continues his hard work for the 3000 children worldwide suffering from the disease.

He hopes to take his running overseas sometime in the future to continue to raise awareness for children in other countries.
