OHIO COUNTY, W.Va.--

Several local residents are facing serious charges after the Ohio County grand jury has met.

The second part of arraignments was held Wednesday afternoon in the courtroom of Ohio County Circuit Court Judge David Sims.

Treyvon Montgomery, 19, is charged with conspiracy and first-degree robbery in connection with a shooting on Wheeling Island.

Police have not charged Montgomery with the shooting, but say they believe the incident may have been drug related.

In another case, James Crumpler, 33, of Barnesville is charged with wanton endangerment.

According to reports, Crumpler was thrown out of Jill's Gentleman's. Crumpler then allegedly got angry, made threats and fired shots outside.

Officials said he is also facing charges for a similar incident out of Monroe County, Ohio.

In a separate case, police say graphic disclosures made by a 5-year-old boy to an elementary school counselor led to two felony child-related sex charges against 30-year-old Robert Joseph Morris.

Morris says he's innocent, but his bond is set at $1 million.

Randolph Smith, 35, is facing a robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery charge.

Police say Smith and another woman forced their way into the Booker T. Washington Apartments, pointed a gun at a woman, and demanded cash.

All four men were arraigned on their different cases and all remain in jail.

Several other trials dates were set stick with NEWS9 and WTOV9.com for the latest.
