Cleveland man charged with drug trafficking in Belmont County

BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio -- On Tuesday, officers from the Belmont County Drug Task Force, Barnesville Police Department, Ohio Highway Patrol Criminal Patrol Units and Ohio Highway Patrol Troopers from the Cambridge Office, joined together to make an arrest on Ferrell Alonza Brooks.
Brooks, 45, from Cleveland, was charged with: Trafficking in Drugs (heroin), warrant out of Belmont County Common Pleas Court for Contempt, warrant for OVI out of Eastern Court and a warrant out of Northern Court for Driving on a suspended license.
Also facing Trafficking charges are a Lisa M. Frame, 33, and Anthony David Moore, both of Beallsville. Brooks was transported back to Belmont County to face his new charge of trafficking heroin and the three active warrants. Frame and Moore were in custody with Troopers from the Cambridge Post for charges related to the traffic stop. They will be subpoenaed for the Trafficking charges in Belmont County.
