WEIRTON, W.Va.- One man is behind bars this morning facing charges after officials found a gun, hundreds of dollars in cash and drugs with a street value of $14,000.

In total, the Weirton police department uncovered close to 300 grams of marijuana, more than 60 grams of heroin, a 9  mm handgun, $588 in cash and several other items believed to be illegal controlled substances.

Now 24-year-old Jaquin Boston of Steubenville is facing charges.
Officials say this investigation all started with a complaint about a strong marijuana smell in the  3700 block of Orchard Street. That's where they found Boston, who was carrying a bag of heroin and marijuana.

Officials then searched the home where Boston was staying, that's where they found the rest of the drugs, the money and the gun.
