Mobile meth lab discovered during traffic stop

New Cumberland, W.Va. -- Police in New Cumberland making a traffic stop along W.Va. 2 uncovered a mobile meth lab Friday afternoon.
Officials said the making the stop smelled marijuana and then asked to search the vehicle.
The driver gave him permission and that's when the officer found not only the pot but the meth lab in the trunk of the Chevy HHR.
The West Virginia State Police and the area Drug Task Force showed up on the scene where
one male driver was arrested. He was only person in the car.
No information being released about him, other than that he has a long criminal record.
It’s one of the first meth labs they have dealt with this area.
