STEUBENVILLE, Ohio -- Three people were arrested after a domestic dispute turned violent and shots were fired in Steubenville during the weekend in the area of 6th and Slack Street.
Police said Mychal Matthews shot at another man early Sunday morning following an argument.
When they caught up to him, they found a more disturbing scene.
In the car Mathews was riding in, police found two women and two juveniles, along with a 9mm, five live rounds and three spent casings, nine stamp bags of heroin, a spoon, cocaine and needles.
The two women -- Brittany Moore and Cherelle Feaster -- were also taken into custody.
Both women are facing possession and child endangerment charges.
Matthews is facing a slew of charges, including felonious assault.
