BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio -- It's not Jared Kimble's first go-around with the law.
In fact, he has a pretty extensive criminal past.
But most recently, Kimble was indicted by a Belmont County Grand Jury with his arraignment on three charges was scheduled for May 15. But in court, there was only an empty chair where he should have been and the judge in the case issued an arrest warrant.
Kimble, 24, of Powhatan Point, was indicted on three felonies:
Two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and a single count of corrupting another with drugs.
Last weekend, Kimble was picked up during a traffic stop in Bellaire by the Belmont County Sheriff's Office.
As a result, he was slapped with a new charge, a misdemeanor of the first degree for possession of drug abuse instruments.
With that, Kimble was transported to jail for lockup and is being held without bond.
