Potato Casserole - Natalie Herbick

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


TOPPING1/2 stick margarine (optional)
2 cup crushed cheese croutons or cornflakes
(Mix two ingredients together)
Place hash browns in a large mixing bowl.
Break up frozen potatoes as best as possible.
Add the other contents and mix well.
Place mixture in 9 x13 baking dish.
Spread topping on potatoes.

 
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hr. 15 min.
