WHEELING, W.Va. —
One person was taken to the hospital after a pickup truck and Wheeling police cruiser collided Friday morning.
The crash happened just after 9 a.m. at the intersection of Cypress Avenue and National Road.
As of noon, no one had been cited and West Virginia State Police said they won’t be able to determine who was at fault until an investigation is complete.
