COLUMBIANA COUNTY, Ohio —
Two fires in East Liverpool have been ruled arson, fire officials said.
Firefighters battled flames at 507 Sugar Street on Monday, just as superstorm Sandy ripped through the area.
Hours later, crews put out flames at 805 Cadmus St.
Fire officials said the house fire rekindled twice and is scheduled to be torn down.
A reward is out for any information leading to arrests in those arson cases.
