JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio —
Donald Reynolds of Bellaire, and Benjamin Davis of Martins Ferry, are charged with two counts of theft and 10 counts of criminal mischief.
According to police, the two men ran from car to car looking for unlocked vehicles on Gilchrist and Hukill Streets in Brilliant, Ohio.
