TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio —

Two New Philadelphia women are charged Saturday with selling drugs from their home, which is within 1,000 feet of Central Elementary School, according to police.

Carol L. Kitsch and Connie L. Belknap were arrested and face several drug charges, police said. A L.E.A.D. undercover investigation into this case started back in January.

Belknap is in the New Philadelphia County Jail, while Kitsch was released on recognizance bond.
