Some residents of Wintersville are experiencing problems from a water main break Friday afternoon.Village officials said that residents in the areas of Stardust Drive, Rainbow Drive, and Milky Way and Skyline are affected by the break.Officials said there will be a 48-hour boil order once water is restored.
