WEIRTON, W.Va. —
Three people have been arrested in Weirton in connection to a sexual assault investigation.
Tyler Bedillion, 22, is charged with two counts of third-degree sexual assault.
Ronda Ann and Roger Bedillion are each charged with child neglect creating substantial risk for injury.
Hancock County Prosecutor Jim Davis said police started investigating after a complaint was made to medical personnel at Weirton Medical Center shortly after midnight on Thursday.
