3 face felony charges after thousands of dollars of merchandise stolen from Tuscarawas Co. stores

TUSCARAWAS COUNTY, Ohio —


Three people are facing felony charges after Uhrichsville police found them in possession of a large amount of merchandise that was reported stolen.

According to NEWS9's partners at the Times Reporter, John Barry, Michael Graham and Jessica Johnson are all each charged with one count of theft and one count of receiving stolen property. Both charges are fifth-degree felonies.

The merchandise, valued at $7,500, was stolen from a number of stores including Walmart and Lowe's in Uhrichsville and New Philadelphia.

Barry was arrested and is being held in the county jail on $120,000 bond. Graham is also being held on a $50,000 bond. Johnson was released after posting a $20,000 bond.
