Accused huffer arrested again in Wheeling

WHEELING, W.Va. -- A man accused of huffing paint was once again arrested in Wheeling for the same thing.

Police said they arrested Patrick Tribett Thursday morning along Chapline Street for public intoxication and inhaling intoxicating vapors. A mug shot taken at the Northern Regional Jail Thursday showed gold paint on Tribett's face.

Police said they also picked up on two warrants for failing to appear in court to answer to similiarcharges from the past.
